Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with deep expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, and

C# to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions. The ideal

candidate will have a proven track record in building microservices-based architectures, driving

Technical excellence and guiding teams toward best practices in modern software product

development.

Ideal candidate should bring extensive experience in software architecture, cloud computing, and

contemporary development frameworks, with the ability to translate complex business

requirements into robust technical designs. In this role, candidate will collaborate closely with

engineering teams, product managers, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient, reliable, and

future ready system architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a technical architecture that aligns with business objectives and technical strategy.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing systems for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Ensure best practices in software development, including coding standards, design patterns, and system integrations.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, integration patterns, and SOA-based design principles.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise-level applications
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Define guidelines for system performance optimization, security, and reliability.
• Drive cloud architecture strategies using AWS and DevOps best practices.
• Work closely with development teams to guide them on architectural decisions.
• Coordinate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and training sessions for engineers.
• Must be hands-on to develop software components, PoC’s independently
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to security, data privacy, and performance.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Deep expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C# programming.
• Strong experience in microservices architecture design and implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of logging frameworks (Serilog, NLog).
• Proficiency in unit testing frameworks (xUnit) with mocking support.
• Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, AWS SNS, Kafka, Azure Service Bus).
• Implement structured logging and diagnostics using frameworks such as Serilog or NLog.
• Solid understanding of SOA, integration patterns, and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework).
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Champion test-driven development (TDD) by writing robust unit tests with xUnit and mocking frameworks to ensure high code coverage.
• Architect and optimize solutions on Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
• Practical experience working with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
• In-depth knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with version control systems (SVN, Git, GitHub).
• Ability to design and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Work experience to collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar) is preferred.

Good to have:

• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular or React.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence technical direction
