  1. Role Overview:

The Technical & Sales Process Trainer will be responsible for creating, improving, and delivering all

training related to Products, Sales Processes, SOPs, and Technology Platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Google Drive/FMS). The trainer ensures all teams learn quickly, accurately, and consistently using

simple, visual, and structured training content.


Key Responsibilities:

A. Technical Training

• Redesign and simplify product training content.

• Include data sheets and add missing items across all product categories.

• Create FAQs and objection-handling guides for each product.

• Conduct live technical sessions for better understanding.

• Prepare simple 1-page cheat sheets and visuals for easy learning.


B. Sales Process Training

• Train teams to identify industries, customer groups, and customer needs correctly.

• Teach how to deliver value based on customer profile.

• Train on engagement, follow-up structure, and potential identification.

• Explain how to quote correctly as per internal pricing logic.

• Conduct negotiation & objection-handling training.

• Perform call audits and run mock-call sessions for practice.


C. Technology Training

• SAP: Quotation ® Order ® Dispatch ® Invoice flow; basic navigation; code understanding.

• Salesforce: Lead–Opportunity–Order–Case flows, data entry, validations, TAT usage,

dashboards.

• Google Drive/FMS: Understanding folders, sheets, version control, and documentation usage.


D. SOP & Process Training

• Create and update training material for all SOPs and internal processes.

• Conduct live SOP rollout sessions and ensure recordings are uploaded to LMS.

• Build simplified PPTs, videos, flow-based training, and cheat sheets.

• Work with BA/Process team to ensure training is aligned with actual system logic and changes.


Skills & Competencies Required:

A. Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of hoses, fittings, assemblies, and industrial applications.

• Comfortable creating PPTs, training videos, and cheat sheets.

• Good understanding of SAP/Salesforce (or willingness to learn quickly).


B. Sales & Training Skills

• Clear communication and strong teaching ability.

• Understanding of B2B selling, quoting logic, and objection handling.

• Ability to conduct call audits and mock calls.


C. Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented and process-driven.

• Strong presentation skills.

• High ownership; ability to work with multiple teams.


4. Eligibility

• 2–4 years of experience in Training, Product Support, Sales Enablement, or similar roles.

• Preferably from hoses/industrial equipment industry.

• Ability to simplify complex technical content for quick team understanding.
