Job Description

What Youll Do

Own end-to-end client onboarding, setup, and configuration for enterprise clients on FEED

platform.

Lead seamless migrations with minimal disruption and downtime.
Act as the primary technical contact for enterprise accounts, managing escalations and

ensuring timely resolution.

Deliver proactive technical support, resolving complex issues and owning technical challenges

through to resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.

Partner with Customer Success, Product, Ops, and Engineering to align on customer goals and

deliver unified support.

Participate in internal meetings, sharing insights to improve support strategies and drive shared

success.

Align product capabilities with customer goals to maximize value and impact.
Monitor usage metrics, identify risks, and proactively address challenges.
Stay updated on current platform changes and communicate clearly to clients.

What You Bring

3+ years in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, Solutions Architect) in the SaaS industry.
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for

non-technical audiences.

Proven skill in managing multiple priorities and performing under pressure.
Business-savvy mindset with the ability to map customer requirements to technical solutions
Deep understanding of Sales, Service, Marketing, and Support processes
Proven success of managing enterprise accounts and driving customer satisfaction
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

Bonus Points

Solid knowledge of FEED technologies or platforms
Experience with enterprise APIs and data integrations
Familiarity with customer success platforms and CRM tools
