Description
As an Enterprise Architect at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to work in the Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice, which is a part of Accenture Strategy. This role focuses on helping clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation and redefining business models using agile methodologies. You will be part of a high-performing team that proactively guides enterprise leaders, product managers, and product delivery teams through transformation and optimization initiatives. Your responsibilities will include supporting the formulation of business strategy, outcomes, and capabilities to drive end-to-end transformative strategic value and business growth. Your key responsibilities will involve facilitating alignment between business and IT stakeholders, adapting to changing business and operating models, and analyzing trends and disruptions to assess their impact on targeted business outcomes. You will be expected to tell stories that visualize the future state and trigger long-term planning, as well as support various operating models such as project-centric and product-centric. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in communicating the value of enterprise architecture and driving the evolution of the EA team's services and operating model. As an Enterprise Architect, you will demonstrate competencies across four key dimensions: supporting the formulation of strategy and guiding execution, connecting strategy to execution, building and maintaining relationships, and orchestrating the delivery of business outcomes. You will work closely with business and leadership stakeholders to develop strategy, analyze business and operating models, and provide perspective on the readiness of the organization to change and innovate. Your role will also involve enabling value-based messaging, managing cross-functional relationships, and supporting solution design and delivery. To excel in this role, you should have a master's or bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience. You should have at least 4 years of business experience in strategic and operations planning and/or business analysis, as well as experience in disciplines such as business, information, solution, or technical architecture. Additionally, you should possess technical skills such as knowledge of business ecosystems, enterprise architecture tools, information management practices, agile methodologies, and soft skills like teamwork and facilitation.
