Tech Services Engineer – Cabin Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities in Cabin Systems maintenance and implement best practices.
• Support technical troubleshooting, inspections, and issue resolution related to cabin systems.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and complete technical documentation and records.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to support operational requirements.
• Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers for technical support and spare parts management.
• Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by leadership.

• Strong knowledge of Cabin Systems
• Technical maintenance and inspection skills
• Understanding of technical documentation (AMM, CMM, IPC, etc.)
• High focus on safety and regulatory compliance
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and coordination abilities

• Cabin systems reliability and performance metrics
• Efficiency and turnaround time of maintenance activities

• Vendors / Suppliers – technical support, components & materials procurement
  

Education & Experience Requirements

• B.Sc / BE / B.Tech in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Avionics Engineering
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Cabin Systems maintenance
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and standards (preferred)
• Experience with Boeing fleet is an added advantage
• B1 License on Boeing aircraft preferred
