Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Sales & Business Development

• Generate leads through field visits, calls, and networking (video conferencing, interactive panels, projectors, etc.).
• Manage the entire sales cycle – from pitching to closing

Client Relationship Management

• Regularly follow up with prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through after-sales service coordination.

Product Knowledge & Presentation

• Stay updated on all product features and technical specs ( A&T, Panasonic, Aver, Logitech, Uniq,).
• Provide client presentations and solution recommendations.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain sales reports, tracking, and documentation.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in B2B or channel sales (AV/IT sector preferred).
• Strong understanding of AV products like video conferencing systems, webcams, interactive displays.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
