We are currently seeking individuals to join our team as Tech Support Associates for the Inbound Technical Support Process during US Shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Handling inbound calls from customers experiencing printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnosing technical problems and providing tailored solutions to customers - Offering technical support plans and relevant software to customers Qualifications: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support - Ability to independently close customer calls - Strong persuasion and sales skills - Proficiency in addressing technical issues such as BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Experience troubleshooting Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad issues Salary and Shift Details: - Monthly salary range: Rs.15,000-22,000 (fixed) plus lucrative incentives - Shift timing: US Shift - Additional benefits include fixed salary deposits, incentives, leaves, medical benefits, and more If you are a motivated individual with a passion for technical support and sales, we encourage you to apply.
