As a Tech Support Associate at our rapidly growing company, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with excellent benefits and career advancement prospects. **Job Profile:** - Handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers - Diagnosing technical problems and providing customers with the best solutions - Offering technical support plans and relevant software to customers **Candidate Profile:** - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of outbound tech support experience - Proficiency in closing calls independently - Strong persuasion and sales skills - Familiarity with BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Experience in troubleshooting technical issues with computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad **Salary and Shift Details:** - Salary: Rs. 15,000-22,000/month (fixed) + Lucrative Incentives - Shift: US Shift **Benefits and Facilities:** - Fixed Salary credited on the 1st of every month + Generous Incentives - 24 leaves per year + Compensatory offs + Birthday leaves - Daily/Monthly Incentives - Spot Incentives - No Shift Timings Extension - Medical Benefits - Salary is negotiable for the right candidate - Working Days: 6 days a week If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please contact Priyanka (HR) at 9804149788.
