About the job: Job Description - Tech Sales Executive (Hybrid, Mumbai) Role: Tech Sales Executive Location: Mumbai (Hybrid - 3 in-person days + 2 WFH) Type: Full-Time (Fresher-friendly) About ProtoMandi ProtoMandi is India's most reliable platform for hardware components and custom manufacturing. Call and follow up with potential customers (leads provided by marketing). 2. Understand customer requirements, explain ProtoMandi services, and guide them through the order process. 3. Read engineering drawings/photos shared by customers and prepare basic quotations (training provided). 4. Maintain lead data and follow-up cycles on Google Sheets/CRM. 5. Coordinate with vendors for feasibility and pricing. 6. Share feedback on customer queries to improve sales and quoting processes. Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering OR BBA/BMS with strong technical inclination. 2. Freshers or 0–1 year experience. 3. Excellent verbal & written communication (English & Hindi). 4. Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp Web, and Google Sheets. 5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn hardware & manufacturing basics. 6. Preference for Mumbai-based candidates who can attend hybrid working schedule. 7. Bonus: Exposure to sales, customer service, or technical estimation.
