Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Experience- 4-9 yrs

Tech Lead / Product Architect


  • Lead technical product development for

    SaaS products

    , ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions and ensure that technology initiatives are in line with business needs.


  • Ensure 

    data security, regulatory compliance

     (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act) and enterprise-grade security controls
  • Oversee cloud architecture design and implementation on Azure platform to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Manage QA processes from requirement gathering to release testing to ensure defect-free deliverables.


  • Hands on experience -Customer handling ,Requirement gathering and analysis for new requirements.


  • Support process delivery by ensuring daily performance
  • Mentor engineers, review designs/code, and enforce best practices in 

    software engineering

    .
  • Continuously Drive innovation through R&D initiatives and adopt emerging tech in AI, ML, and cloud architectures.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • 4-9 years of experience in software architecture design,

    cloud architecture (AWS), SaaS product development, advanced product quality planning, applied mathematics, data engineering.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows, MLOps, and model governance


  • Applied Mathematics experience (

    will suffice)

  • Experience in compliance-sensitive industries (finance, healthcare, government) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of

    CI/CD

    pipelines for efficient code delivery.
  • Previous Product Development experience and Leading team of engineers.
  • Experience with

    Platform Development lifecycle including Client Onboarding

    .
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
