The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, specifically focusing on People Tools. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement software that meets the needs of our financial systems. Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for PeopleSoft Financials. Develop, test, and implement software solutions using Oracle People Tools. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial applications. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing PeopleSoft applications. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development. Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in PeopleSoft and financial systems. Mandatory Skills Proven experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials. Strong knowledge of People Tools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Component Interface. Experience in SQL and database management. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills Experience with PeopleSoft upgrade and implementation projects. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of other Oracle applications and tools. Experience in financial reporting and analytics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 7 years of relevant experience in software development, specifically with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
