Job Description

SAP ABAP HR PAND India ( Hybrid) - Passport MandatoryRoles /Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Understand the Functional Specifications /requirements and convert to technical specifications
Perform complex ABAP HR programming
Design, testing, and debugging related to the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP modules and third-party application
Utilize business architecture and process modeling skills and tools
Develop and Delivery of ABAP WRICEF items including but not limited to conversion Programs, Workflows, SAPscript, and SmartForms, Adobe Form, Screen Painter BDC, LSMW, User Exits, Menu Exits, Function Exit, Screen Exit, ALV Reports, Dialog Programming, Data Dictionary, RFC, ABAP Query, ALE/IDOC, Webservices, BAPI, WebDynPro and BADI
ABAP on HANA , CDS Views, AMDP, Strong Object Orientation experience
Conduct ABAP Code inspector/review
Analyze, Debug, Performance Tune and Bug-Fix on ABAP code as required
Develop required interfaces / applications both SAP /non-SAP systems as required
Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP HR solutions in areas such as Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management
Develop and maintain HR-Forms, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms
Implement and enhance HR Reports (ALV, Classical Reports) and custom infotypes
Work with HR-specific ABAP objects: PNP/PNPCE logical databases, LDB reporting, HR-ABAP Macros, and Cluster Data
Handle Payroll Schemas and PCRs (if required)
Support and maintain interfaces (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services) for HR integration
Debug and optimize existing ABAP HR programs for performance improvements
Collaborate with HR functional consultants to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
Ensure compliance with HR data privacy and authorization standards (eg, P_ORGIN, P_ABAP)
Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to the support team
