Job Description

JD SP Stack Updates & Basis Upgrade NetWeaver products (ECC, BW, SCM, EWM, CRM, Solman, PI, EP, HCM, SLT), SAP BO, Web dispatcherPlan and execute SAP system upgrades (eg
, ECC to S/4HANA), enhancement packs, and support packages
Ensure system integrity, security, and performance during and after upgrades
Collaborate with SAP Basis, functional, and infrastructure teams to coordinate upgrade activities
Perform upgrades on clustered environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues during upgrade and post go live phases
Maintain detailed documentation of upgrade procedures, configurations, and system changes
Provide training and support to end users and technical teams on new features and changes
Stay updated on SAP s latest tools, technologies, and best practices (e, SUM, DMO, SPDD/SPAU)
Perform system pre checks, SPDD/SPAU adjustments, and post upgrade validations
Ensure Business Objects reports and universes are migrated and validated post upgrade
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues during and after upgrades
Document upgrade procedures, configurations, and rollback plans
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members
Perform system refreshes and optimize refresh process
