Job Title: Tech Lead – Full Stack Developer

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, along with solid exposure to cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. You will be responsible for leading a small development team, managing project deliverables, and ensuring code quality and architecture best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of web applications using modern full stack technologies.
• Design scalable architecture and implement clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in code standards, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor junior developers and guide them in both technical and soft skills.
• Manage deployments and infrastructure using Azure and AWS services.
• Review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Technical Skills Required:

Frontend:

• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design

Backend:

• Experience with Node.js / .NET / Java / Python (choose based on your stack)
• RESTful API development and integration
• Database experience (SQL and NoSQL – MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Cloud & DevOps:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
• CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance

Other:

• Git version control
• Agile/Scrum methodology understanding
• Basic understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 3 to 4 years of full stack development experience with leadership exposure
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Work Location: In person
