Job Title: Tech Lead – Full Stack (Python | Node.js | React)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Tech Lead who can lead our product engineering efforts from the front. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Python, Node.js, and React, and have a strong grasp of system architecture and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the dev team

- Write and review high-quality, maintainable code in Python, Node.js, and React

- Design backend services and APIs and manage integrations

- Own code deployment, CI/CD pipeline, and ensure code quality through best practices

- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams for roadmap execution

Troubleshoot performance issues and conduct code and system optimization

- Ensure system security, scalability, and robustness in live environments

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6–7 years of strong software development experience

- Proficient in Python (Flask/Django), Node.js, and React.js

- Solid understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native architecture

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, and message queues

- Hands-on with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Strong understanding of architecture design patterns and modular development

- Excellent problem-solving, team leadership, and communication skills

- Exposure to ML/AI model integration

- Experience in enterprise-grade SaaS platforms

- Prior experience in a product/startup environment
