Tech Lead - Full Stack

You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code in Python, Node.js, and React. Additionally, you will design backend services and APIs, manage integrations, and oversee code deployment through CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration with product, design, and business teams is essential for roadmap execution, troubleshooting performance issues, and conducting code/system optimization. Ensuring system security, scalability, and robustness in live environments is a critical aspect of this role. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of strong software development experience and be proficient in Python (Flask/Django), Node.js, and React.js. Solid understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native architecture is required. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, message queues, Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) is essential. Strong knowledge of architecture design patterns, modular development, problem-solving, team leadership, and communication skills are crucial. Exposure to ML/AI model integration, enterprise-grade SaaS platforms, and prior experience in a product/startup environment are preferred.
