Tech Consulting Oracle - PPM Functional Consultant

In this role as an Oracle PPM Functional Senior at EY, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle Fusion Projects Modules. Your primary responsibilities and accountabilities will include: - Conducting requirements gathering sessions and analysis workshops with clients - Mapping client requirements to Oracle Fusion Projects Modules such as Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Performance Reporting - Developing an understanding of Projects functional flows, configurations, and integrations with other financial modules - Interpreting functional requirements and delivering system/process designs in the project area - Designing module-specific and end-to-end process solutions within the integrated Oracle PPM modules - Managing Functional Fit-Gap analysis and accounting flows in Oracle PPM - Handling project documentation based on OUM methodology - Configuring project modules in Oracle EBS and Fusion application - Managing support and conducting CRPs/SITs/UATs, preparing test scenarios & scripts - Demonstrating strong conceptual knowledge in P2P, O2C, R2R, and A2R cycles - Supporting end-user training and preparing appropriate training materials - Participating in project review sessions with clients - Ensuring quality aspects in each project implementation phase - Supporting team in planning, project management activities, and client relationships - Managing and supporting internal KPIs Your experience should include core finance functions and a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in ERP/Fin modules with a focus on Oracle PPM cloud offerings. You should have worked on at least 2 full life cycle implementations, one in EBS and another in Fusion Financials. Additionally, you should have experience in Oracle EBS Project areas, client-facing delivery roles, project planning, and management. The competencies and skills required for this role include strong customer handling skills, ability to lead and mentor team members, drive projects independently, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational and time management skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines. You should also have strong analytical skills, the ability to acquire and apply complex business knowledge quickly, work well in a team, follow release management processes, and multitask while staying focused on release priorities. A valid passport is a must as this role may involve client site work and business traveling. In terms of education, you should be a graduate from a reputed educational institution, with an added advantage of having Oracle certification.
