Job Description

  • Overall experience 10 to 15 years.
  • Incident and Problem Management, Respond to and resolve escalated end user-related incidents and issues in a timely manner
  • Handle internal and external IT audits and compliances related to End User Management
  • Manage end user security & services (MS O365,Proxy,DLP,AV,OS Patch,AD,Access)
  • Manage Collaboration technology (Teams, VC/TP,Webex)
  • Establish & Manage device standards and user profiles for IT asset deployment
  • Experience in Windows, AD, M365 and Azure cloud administration
  • Experience as administrator and designed, implemented, and supported Windows environments in both bare metal and highly virtualized environments.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting onprem Active Directory and AAD issues and support.
  • Expertise in Office Exchange online, SharePoint online, Teams, one drive, tenant configuration, federation and related M365 Admin centers.
  • Implement and support M365 policies and configuration, provide technical enhancements and bug fixes as needed for M365 applications.
  • Role based access control experience (RBAC) configuration for different azure roles at different azure resource level, subscription, resource group and resources.
  • Knowledge of core concepts and best practices of identity and access management (IAM), such as authentication, authorization and multifactor authentication (MFA) and conditional access.
  • Understanding of security principles and experience in implementing security controls in Azure environments, such as network security groups, Azure security center and Azure firewall.
  • Installing, Configuring and Managing AD / DHCP / DNS / IIS / Proxy / FTP / SFTP Services.
  • Should be experienced in Installation, configuration, hardening, patching and administration and support of Windows Servers
  • Administration of Windows Terminal Server, Group Policy management and User Management
