Job Description

  • Investigate the complaints received andreply to the client or the regulators/clients as the case may be
  • Liaise with exchange on matterspertaining to the customer complaints forwarded by the exchange
  • Attend the Investor grievance redressalmeetings called by Exchange
  • Managing various Monthly Regulatory reportingswithin the Regulatory Deadlines.
  • Co-ordinate within the company withdifferent departments, to address / resolve the grievances of the clients
  • Give continuous feedback to alldepartments on steps to be taken to reduce complaints
