Identify and track high-potential investment opportunities in financial services and fintech. Stay abreast of sector trends, regulatory developments, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies. Investment Evaluation Lead market research, competitive analysis, and financial modelling to assess opportunities. Conduct valuation analysis (Transaction trading comps, precedent transactions) and scenario planning. Prepare detailed investment memos and recommendations for the Investment Committee. Program Management Negotiate term sheets, transaction structures, and legal documentation. Liaise with internal legal, compliance, and finance teams to close transactions smoothly. Manage relationships with external advisors, consultants, and auditors during deal execution. Qualifications: Education: MBA or CA/CFA/FRM with strong analytical background. Experience: 4 7 years in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, corporate development, or strategy consulting with a focus on financial services or fintech.
