Role Purpose

To lead the Investor Relations (IR) function for United Foodbrands, ensuring transparent communication with investors, analysts, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders. The role will shape the company’s equity story, support fundraising and long-term growth, and provide strategic insights to leadership through strong financial analysis, governance, and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investor Communication & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
• Act as the primary spokesperson for all investor-related communication.
• Respond to investor queries, share updates, and ensure consistent messaging across all external interactions.
• Organise investor meetings, analyst calls, and periodic presentations.

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Own quarterly/annual investor decks, reporting summaries, performance trackers, and business updates.
• Drive annual report preparation along with ESG/BRSR reporting
• Collaborate closely with Finance to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant disclosures.
• Analyse business results, KPIs, COGS trends, operational performance, and brand-level metrics to craft meaningful investor narratives.
• Benchmark company performance against listed F&B players, and relevant comparables.

3. Strategic Planning & Fundraising Support

• Build financial models, valuation scenarios, and long-term outlook.
• Partner with CEO/CFO on strategic projects, due diligence exercises, board materials, and investment memos.

4. Market Intelligence & Insights

• Track industry developments, competitor performance, regulatory changes, and consumer trends in the F&B/QSR sector.
• Provide actionable insights to management to shape strategy, growth decisions, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor analyst reports, industry publications, and investor sentiment.

5. Governance, Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all investor communications meet regulatory and governance standards.
• Maintain an updated repository of investor documents, FAQs, and compliance records.
• Draft and refine press releases, announcements, and presentations aligned with company branding and messaging.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Finance, Strategy, Operations, Marketing, and HR to gather inputs and provide consolidated narratives.
• Ensure investor messaging accurately reflects performance across brands like

Candidate Profile

Education

• MBA in Finance, CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

• 10–15 years

  of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, or Consulting
• Strong financial modelling, benchmarking, valuation, and business storytelling capability.
