Role Summary
Background: - The company is in the process of setting up Private Equity Fund Domestic and Offshore.
The role requires during the fund set-up and during the investment - Investor Research, Preparation of necessary info decks, industry research, Pitchbooks, Investor Relationships, Follow-ups, Support role in Fund Administration.
1. Investor Identification / follow ups/ communication
2. Preparation of Pitchbook, presentations, research required for the same
3. Handholding in Investor Road Shows
1. Communication, Follow-up, Update / hand holding in negotiation/ investor participation
2. Support in information submission
3. Periodical Reporting to the investor
1. Industry Research
2. Pitch book, PPT
3. Support to Fund Administrations
4. Investor Communication
5. Periodical Reporting and support to various stakeholders
6. Support and communication with Fund Operations team
1. 5-7 years of overall experience in Banking , Financial Services
2. At least 5 years of experience in Private Equity-Relevant exposure towards Banks/FI Relationship, Industrial research
3. Must have experience of Investor Relation, Presentation
4. Must have Investor Co-ordination experience
Industry Exposure
Investment Banking / Investment Advisory experience/ Industrial Research and Analytics is a must
