Job Title: Assistant Team Manager – CLO Operations

Department: CLO Risk & Compliance ________________________________________Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) Operations team within the Portfolio Risk & Compliance function. This individual will act as a support manager, assisting in the oversight, production, and review of key deliverables. The role sits within the middle office and focuses on post-trade compliance, portfolio monitoring, and investor reporting etc.________________________________________Key Responsibilities•    Support in overseeing production and review of post-trade compliance deliverables, portfolio monitoring reports, and investor reporting outputs.•    Ensure all deliverables related to monthly and quarterly investor reporting, distribution waterfalls, and compliance results meet expected quality and timeline requirements.•    Work in partnership with Portfolio management, structuring teams and external trustees to ensure smooth operational execution.•    Participate in deal write-ups, variance analysis, and model or test result reviews to support reporting and governance requirements.•    Lead workflow planning, task allocation, and tracking of deliverables across the production team.•    Contribute to process documentation, control enhancements, and automation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reducing operational risk.________________________________________Required Qualifications & Skills•     Education: MBA, FRM or Progression towards CFA (Level II or III) – mandatory.•    8–10 years of relevant experience in credit, fixed income, investment operations, or post-trade compliance within asset management, banking, or insurance.•    Exposure to structured credit (CLO, ABS, CMBS) is desirable but not mandatory.•    Prior experience leading or mentoring analysts within an operational or compliance team•    Experience in post-trade compliance testing, investment control, or regulatory guideline monitoring •    Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a focus on accuracy, control, and accountability.•    Excellent communication skills for coordination with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.•    Ability to manage multiple priorities, review complex outputs, and support a high-volume production environment.
