Investigate the complaints received andreply to the client or the regulators/clients as the case may be
Liaise with exchange on matterspertaining to the customer complaints forwarded by the exchange
Attend the Investor grievance redressalmeetings called by Exchange
Managing various Monthly Regulatory reportingswithin the Regulatory Deadlines.
Co-ordinate within the company withdifferent departments, to address / resolve the grievances of the clients
Give continuous feedback to alldepartments on steps to be taken to reduce complaints
