Job Title: Team Leader – Share Market / Stock Market Operations Location: Vijay Nager Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3–7 years Department: Stock Advisory Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Share Market to lead and mentor a team of trading executives and advisors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of stock market operations, trading strategies, client handling, and team management. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic market insights. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of share market executives, traders, or advisors. Train and mentor team members on stock market trends, trading platforms, and investment strategies. Set targets and monitor performance to ensure achievement of business goals. Supervise execution of trades and ensure timely delivery of services to clients. Guide the team in client acquisition, retention, and portfolio management. Provide regular updates on market conditions, opportunities, and risks. Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE/BSE, and internal risk management policies. Resolve escalated client issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit team performance and market activity reports. Collaborate with senior management for business planning and strategy execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in share market trading, broking, or investment advisory. Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a financial or brokerage environment. Strong understanding of stock markets, technical/fundamental analysis, and trading platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills. Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Trading Terminals, and CRM systems. NISM certifications (e.g., NISM-Series-VIII or Series-XA) are preferred.
