Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day team operations, ensuring project deadlines and objectives are met, and providing guidance and motivation to team members. They will also be responsible for effective communication with clients and stakeholders, monitoring team performance, and implementing strategies for process improvement to meet organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills alongside a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills, including team management, task delegation, and performance monitoring
• Strong communication abilities for client interaction, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges effectively
• Proficiency in process optimization and an understanding of workflow management
• Healthcare industry knowledge and experience in Revenue Cycle Management is beneficial
• Familiarity with RPA (Robotics Process Automation) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
