Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kolkata for the role of Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team to meet organizational goals, ensuring all projects are completed effectively and on schedule. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, delegating tasks, monitoring team performance, conducting training sessions, and resolving any issues within the team. The role also involves communicating with management and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. Qualifications Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team effectively. Project Management and Task Delegation skills, ensuring accountability and timely execution of team responsibilities. Communication and Interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and maintain clear communication within the team and with management. Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills to address and manage challenges efficiently. Organizational and Time Management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for team and project management is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a service-oriented industry, is highly desirable.
