Team Leader

You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of insurance sales agents at SMC Insurance Brokers Private Limited. Your main focus will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and monitor the team's performance to ensure individual and team sales goals are met. You will also provide ongoing training and coaching to team members, conduct regular performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment to enhance team productivity. In terms of client management, you will be required to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, and address any client queries or issues promptly. It is essential to stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in order to provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to drive sales growth. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and presenting regular sales reports to senior management, as well as ensuring accurate and timely documentation of sales activities and client interactions. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in life insurance sales, as well as experience in Insurance Cold Calling Process or Telesales. A strong understanding of the life insurance market and products, excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets are essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to learn about new market trends, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also required.
