The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing sales performance data, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The Team Leader will also handle customer inquiries, provide guidance to team members, and coordinate with other departments to ensure an efficient sales process. Qualifications • Proven experience in Home Loan (HL) Loan Against Property (LAP) • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. • Target-driven attitude with a passion for results.
