The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring consistent achievement of demo booking and conversion targets, and maintaining a positive, high-energy team culture. You will play a key role in bridging human expertise with AI-powered engagement, helping the team deliver impactful conversations and exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Counselors and AI Specialists to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to enhance results. Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration. Performance & Operational Excellence: Track team KPIs such as calls made, demos booked, conversions, and customer satisfaction. Identify performance gaps and implement effective action plans to improve productivity. Ensure high-quality communication and consistency across both counselor and AI interactions. Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to upskill team members. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance pitch quality, sales scripts, and AI engagement workflows. Reporting & Insights: Analyze daily and weekly reports to track performance trends. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 6 months + of experience in team leadership within sales, counseling, or admissions roles. Proven record of achieving and exceeding performance targets. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
