Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader - Sales position located in Calicut. The Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide guidance to maximize performance. Responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, monitoring sales activities, developing strategies to improve sales performance, engaging directly with clients to provide excellent customer service, and preparing regular sales reports to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

Proven Team Management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members effectively
Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to achieve targets and ensure client satisfaction
Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills to relay information clearly, understand market dynamics, and make data-driven decisions
Experience in strategic planning and problem-solving to develop and implement sales strategies
Familiarity with the education or training industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work in a structured office environment and meet deadlines
