Team Leader - Sales

Role Overview

We are looking for a Team Leader – Sales to manage and motivate a team of sales executives, drive revenue growth, and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, a result-oriented mindset, and prior experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.

Allocate leads, monitor daily calling activity, and ensure proper follow-up with prospects.

Track, analyze and report team performance (calls, meetings, conversions, revenue, etc.).

Conduct regular team meetings, trainings and refreshers on products, sales pitch, and objection handling.

Support team members during client calls/meetings whenever required.

Ensure accurate and timely updation of data in CRM/Excel or any other reporting tool.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalated client queries.

Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) for smooth execution of client requirements.

Identify gaps in performance and implement action plans and improvement initiatives.

Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, scripts, and overall productivity.

Requirements

Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
