Job Title: Team Leader – Health Insurance (Telesales)

Job Overview

We are hiring a results-driven Team Leader – Health Insurance to manage and motivate a telesales team. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, in-depth product knowledge, and proven experience handling large teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a telesales team of 20–25 Health Insurance executives.
• Drive daily productivity, conversions, and revenue targets.
• Offer training, coaching, and performance improvement sessions.
• Monitor call quality, compliance, and customer experience.
• Handle escalations and support the team in closing sales.
• Maintain performance reports and track KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI and organizational compliance norms.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and target-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Health Insurance telesales (MANDATORY).
• Experience managing a team of 20–25 members (MANDATORY).
• Strong understanding of health insurance products & sales process.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
