Job Description

As a Team Leader - Sales at Blackopal, you will play a crucial role in managing the sales team and driving business growth in the real estate sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling the Sales team, nurturing leads, negotiating commercial terms & closing sales - Networking with corporate, HNI & other clients for project marketing & sales - Planning and implementing strategies for new project launches, focusing on project marketing and sales planning - Establishing relationships with all distribution partners - Designing sales strategies, marketing plans, and inventory strategies - Ensuring post-sales cycle management and customer satisfaction - Creating a dynamic environment to foster development opportunities and motivate team members - Formulating strategies to reach out to unexplored market segments and customer groups for business expansion - Conducting negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters Minimum Requirements: - MBA with 6-10+ years of sales experience in real estate with a renowned developer or channel partner, including team management - Activation of channel partners in NCR, especially Noida - Knowledge of consumer trends, trade practices, and sales forecasting techniques - Strong people management, leadership, analytical, and entrepreneurial skills - Proficiency in written and spoken English, as well as Excel and PowerPoint Position Summary: - Establishing and leading the team to achieve monthly sales targets - Developing new markets and channel partners, promoting the brand, launching new products, and accelerating growth - Activating internal verticals to generate regular business - Monitoring market trends to counter competition and formulate strategies - Developing pre-launch and after-sales strategies to maintain client relations BlackOpal Financial Services Private Limited (BOFS) is a sector-agnostic NBFC providing flexible credit solutions to SMEs and large corporates, including working capital, value chain financing, and term capital solutions.
