Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Ahmedabad. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, lead and mentor a team, and ensure targets and objectives are met efficiently. The role involves planning, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and driving motivation within the team to achieve business goals. Additionally, the Team Leader will work collaboratively with other departments, communicate updates to management, and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.

• Proven ability in planning, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in customer relationship management and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for performance optimization.
• Relevant work experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle dynamic environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in the technology or matchmaking industry is a plus.
