As an Associate Manager of Growth Operations (Partner Success) at BlackOpal in Noida, your role will involve generating revenue through onboarding selling partners on the Portal and cultivating long-term customer relationships while establishing strategic partnerships. You will meet with Real Estate Channel Partners to onboard them on the newly launched Prop-Fintech Platform. Your responsibilities will include proficiently managing and nurturing key accounts, optimizing online sales, and maintaining comprehensive customer engagement reports to optimize the Customer success matrix. You will implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to enhance client relationships, drive revenue, and offer relevant products and services available on the platform. Acting as a trusted advertising and marketing consultant for property dealers and channel partners, you will provide valuable insights and tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Your sales performance will be crucial in consistently achieving set targets, driving business growth, and prioritizing customer relationship management and client servicing to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Pioneering new business development initiatives within the assigned territory will be a key aspect of your role, identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities to expand market presence. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field with 4-6 years of working experience in ad sales, digital space, channel partner sales, or Edtech sales. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
