Team Leader

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Team Leader to manage, guide, and support a team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets. The role involves overseeing team performance, providing mentorship, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Supervise, motivate, and guide team members to achieve individual and team goals.

* Plan and allocate daily work tasks based on project or business priorities.

* Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.

* Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.

* Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely issue resolution.

* Provide training and continuous coaching to improve team efficiency and morale.

* Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.

* Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and timelines.

* Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

*Required Skills & Competencies:*

* Ability to motivate, coach, and mentor team members.

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor’s degree in *Business Administration, Management, or a related field*.

* 2–4 years of total work experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
