Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire their team.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role, with at least 2 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry trends and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with team management tools and software, such as performance tracking systems.
