Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer service tools is an asset.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
