Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with CRM software and technology is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and management skills are essential.
