Take ownership of material reaching the customer as per the agreed TAT (Turnaround Time). Engage in rigorous interaction and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with a large number of suppliers on a daily basis for order fulfillment. Coordinate with the dispatch team for better service ability. Skills Required: Hands-on ERP experience for sales order and PO creation (SAP/ERP knowledge). Experience in the procurement of products in categories like MRO, FMCG, Electricals, Packaging, office supplies, and CAPEX. Basic knowledge of products in the MRO, Chemicals, or Packaging categories. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Experience in MRO Buying, Sourcing, Auction, Bidding, and PR to PO conversion cycles. Supply Chain Management, Client Management, and Operations skills. QUALIFICATION: Any Engineering graduate.

As a Supply Associate, you will be responsible for onboarding cleaning contractors on the Livspace platform and building and managing relationships with contractors in the respective cities. Your role will involve managing contractor partner bandwidth, monitoring SLAs, and resolving customer escalations by collaborating with contractors.
