Team Leader - Operations

Job Description

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Team Leader to oversee and coordinate our production, inventory, and assembly teams . This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and an ability to manage people, timelines, and materials with discipline and flexibility. You’ll be responsible for keeping day-to-day operations smooth—ensuring orders move from production to dispatch efficiently and with quality. Team & Workflow Management Supervise and guide daily tasks of production, assembly, and inventory teams Monitor attendance, task allocation, and performance Ensure work is completed as per timeline and design specifications 2. Production Oversight Coordinate with the design and sourcing teams for production planning Resolve daily production-level issues and ensure quality benchmarks Oversee maintenance and usage of tools, equipment, and workspace discipline 3. Inventory Coordination Track daily inventory inflow and outflow of materials and finished goods Maintain proper documentation, stock levels, and reordering alerts Coordinate with vendors for material dispatches and delays 4. Assembly & Order Fulfillment Ensure product components are assembled correctly and final lights are QC-passed Coordinate packaging and dispatch timelines in sync with sales/dispatch team 5. Reporting & Communication Share daily/weekly progress reports with management Flag delays, quality concerns, or people issues early Traits We Value Leadership without ego.
