You will play a key role in ensuring that rider hiring targets are met through effective communication and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential delivery executives (riders) from existing leads & referrals. Explain job roles, benefits, salary structure, and onboarding process. Answer queries related to shift timings, incentives, documents required, etc. Follow up with interested delivery executive candidates. Maintain call records and update the CRM or tracker daily Coordinate with field recruiters and operations teams for smooth onboarding Requirements:0–2 years of experience in telecalling, BPO, or rider recruitment preferred. Good communication skills in Hindi, Basic English, and local language (if applicable) Comfortable making 100–150 calls a day. Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets.
