Job Description

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000

1. Sales Performance & Targets

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly store sales targets.
  • Monitor daily sales performance of team and implement action plans to increase revenue.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize average billing value.

2. Team Management & Staff Supervision

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to ensure high productivity.
  • Create duty rosters, manage staff attendance, and ensure discipline.
  • Conduct daily team briefings on targets, promotions, and store updates.
  • Provide on-job training to new employees.

3. Customer Service & Experience

  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations promptly.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and reduce customer complaints.
  • Monitor product knowledge and service quality of the team.

4. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure store hygiene, cleanliness, and VM standards as per company guidelines.
  • Maintain proper product display, signage, and promotional setup.
  • Ensure timely replenishment and stock rotation.

5. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor stock levels, minimize stock-out situations, and reduce damages.
  • Conduct cycle counts and support monthly/quarterly physical inventory audits.
  • Report discrepancies to store manager or inventory team.

6. Loss Prevention & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
  • Minimize pilferage, damages, and shrinkage at store level.
  • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily closing reports.

7. Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and HO teams for smooth operations.
  • Provide timely feedback on fast-moving, slow-moving, and customer preference trends.

8. Performance Improvement & Development

  • Identify team performance gaps and take corrective actions.
  • Conduct periodic performance discussions with team members.
  • Provide recommendations to management for store improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
