Team Leader Operations

The ideal candidate should have strong people-management skills, process knowledge, and the ability to drive performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead a team of associates and ensure daily operational targets are met.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Conduct regular huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Handle escalations, resolve customer issues, and support process improvements.
  • Analyze operational data to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA, compliance, and organizational policies.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Work closely with Quality, Training, and Workforce teams to optimize performance.
  • Support new process transitions and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
  • Motivate team members and create a positive work environment.
