Process TEAM LEADER – Wires & Cables IndustryWe are looking for a Process Trainer with a background in wires and cables manufacturing who can effectively train and support our Sales & Marketing teams.Requirements:• Strong communication and presentation skills• Proficient in systems: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and email etiquette•
Good understanding of KRA & KPI specific to the wires and cables industry
Willingness to travel for on-ground field training sessions• Prior experience in the manufacturing sector (wires & cables preferred)Role Overview:• Conduct process and product training for internal and on-field sales teams•
Design and implement training modules and assessments•
