Both-side cab facility (Gurgaon only)

Budget: Up to ₹6 LPA

Experience: 5–10 Years (Minimum 2–3 years team-handling for 20+ agents)

We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader – Operations to drive performance, manage a high-energy international voice team, and ensure operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage KRA achievement for the voice process teamShare scorecards regularly and ensure complete performance visibilityConduct team meetings, address operational gaps, and improve deliveryOwn escalations, track progress, and ensure timely closureSupport the manager in PIP identification and refresher training planningTrain team members based on performance insights and escalation needsBuild a strong succession pipeline (SME, Trainer, Supervisor roles)Resolve conflicts effectively and maintain a healthy team environmentAllocate work, manage daily shifts, and oversee productivity & qualityMentor and guide associates for continuous improvement

RequirementsGraduate with 5–10 years of experience in international voice processesMinimum 2–3 years of team-leading experience (20+ associates)Strong communication, leadership & people management skillsProficient in MS Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
