Team Leader - Operations

We are hiring a Team Leader to manage our night shift operations at the Mohali office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent English communication skills, and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relations

• Deliver top-quality service and respond promptly to client requests.
• Communicate regularly with clients for feedback and improvements.
• Manage escalations and maintain a client communication matrix.
• Share important updates from management with the team.

2. Operations & Team Management

• Set daily/monthly targets and ensure team meets goals.
• Monitor team performance and drive improvements.
• Prepare and manage team rosters to reduce absenteeism.
• Share daily updates and submit reports via the portal.
• Maintain quality standards across operations.

3. Reports & MIS

• Review daily reports and provide feedback.
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely report submission.

4. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and conduct sessions on process and soft skills.
• Promote knowledge sharing and process improvement through regular calibrations.

5. General Duties

• Complete priority tasks on time.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and professional conduct.
• Maintain English communication during working hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in operations/team handling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage client interactions and escalations.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and project tracking software.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, especially night shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
