Team Leader - Operations

Job Description

We are hiring a Team Leader to manage our night shift operations at the Mohali office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent English communication skills, and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relations Deliver top-quality service and respond promptly to client requests. Communicate regularly with clients for feedback and improvements. Manage escalations and maintain a client communication matrix. Share important updates from management with the team. 2. Operations & Team Management Set daily/monthly targets and ensure team meets goals. Monitor team performance and drive improvements. Prepare and manage team rosters to reduce absenteeism. Share daily updates and submit reports via the portal. Maintain quality standards across operations. 3. Reports & MIS Review daily reports and provide feedback. Ensure accurate data entry and timely report submission. 4. Training & Development Identify training needs and conduct sessions on process and soft skills. Promote knowledge sharing and process improvement through regular calibrations. 5. General Duties Complete priority tasks on time. Ensure adherence to company policies and professional conduct. Maintain English communication during working hours. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations/team handling. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage client interactions and escalations. Proficiency in reporting tools and project tracking software. Willingness to work flexible shifts, especially night shifts.
