 JD - Team Leader (Operations) Operations Team Leaders are responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of an organization They supervise staff, and ensure the company’s operational efficiency. The Operations Team Leader is responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth operations for producing high-quality products or services.
